Customer Rating: Summary: Broken Comment: One of the headsets is broken. I returned the headset by mail and they claim they did not receive it. Customer Rating: Summary: Cardo Systems SCALA 500 Bluetooth Headset Comment: I was forced to return this item directly to cardo because of a defective battery. I purchased this headset because of two prior headsets I had from them which served my faithfully until I dropped one in water and lost the other one. This one works quite well. BTW, I have also found the one I lost, so now I have two! As to the cost, the shipping was expensive, but the unit was well priced. The sound quality I would rate as better than good but not excellent. Voices on the end of the unit come in a bit high, but not disturbing. So far no complaints from the party on the opposite side. Ease of use is a easy. Fashion wise it may not be most alluring but I still feel comfortable wearing it.
I have owned the Voyager 510 and have had it replaced countless times by the mfr, which btw good customer service on their part. Their BTH however is horrible. Jawbone went back two days after trying it out, by far the worst and most expensive.
Give this one a shot do not let the low price fool you. You will be surprised.
