However, it does not stretch as much as I would like for the travel cart I bought it for. If you are looking to use this because you need a firm cord, this will be perfect (keeping the trunk to a car closed around an oversized item, etc). One of the end hooks is fixed, the other can be positioned anywhere along the stretch cord to effectively change the cord length.
