I like this product because I only have to take 1 capsule 2 times a day instead of 4 tablets. The capsules slide down easy also.. I was very pleased to be able to save a few dollars per bottle at Amazon. I don't know how much of my stabilization/improvement relates to the vitamins, but I give them at least some of the credit.
