Customer Rating: Summary: Be Cautious !!!! Comment: Be careful if deciding to buy this item. I purchased this perticuliar item, and received the $5.95 version. Now I have to deal with the time consuming hassel of returning it. Better to spend the few extra dollars and go to your local service provider store and buy the version sold by them.
