Customer Rating: Summary: Cheap Comment: This was recommended to me by a friend as a energy supplement. It is probably the worst thing I've ever taken. I drink over a gallon of water a day & yet I still managed to get severely dehydrated while taking this. I only took it once a day & it did absolutely nothing for me all the way around. I actually think it may have contributed to my massive 8lb gain this month! Customer Rating: Summary: Good energy, cheap solution Comment: I need energy at work, this gives it to me without the gitters of most "fat burners". Dont look for crazy weight loss, or any at all. Its a fairly tame product but it gives me the pick me up of coffee, however with a pill. I dont drink soda, or coffee so this works great. Super cheap as well. It seems like it supresses my apitite until dinner and then I feel very hungry.
I don't have any side effects, doesn't seem to bother me as far as being jittery or anything like that.
