The chain broke before it was even unwrapped. I was't planning on using that chain anyway, so no big deal. I would have been upset if I was planning on using - but it probably would have broke on the first wear!

The product is very beautiful but sadly a tad delicate and the chain snapped when it was grabbed at by a friend while around my neck. I would still very much recommend it but not for heavy use, as I'm sure it wasn't designed for in the first place.
