Customer Rating: Summary: Nice alternative to ear piece Comment: This system works great. My only issue is that I forget to put the microphone in when I leave the car and end up leaving it on. Plus when you get back in the car you have after having left it on, you must turn it off and on again for it to find your phone. Customer Rating: Summary: Good Any Comment: The device functions simply and perfectly. I purchased it for my non-tech wife and she has no problem at all operating it or recharging it. Battery last a while without recharging. Also not too much static on line. Now the bad part, after use of about 2 month, the plastic microphone will no longer recoil - a problem noticed by MANY others - and because of it, the unit will not shut off. Thus, now the battery needs to be charged daily. A big disappointment Customer Rating: Summary: nice idea but the microphone is poor design Comment: I loved this item when I first bought it- so much that I bought a second one for the wife. Unfortunately, within 2 months I could no longer shut the unit off. Pressing the microphone in is how you shut it off and the mechanical switch would no longer keep the mic pressed in- BlueAnt was prompt in replacing it but I fear once it goes off warranty I'll be dealing with the same issues- the mic just doesn't feel like a quality unit when you push it in to shut it down. I would not recommend this to others. Customer Rating: Summary: Good value for the price Comment: A good affordable hands free unit for those who don't like an earpiece in their ear while driving. Good battery life, Can be tricky trying to turn on the unit with one hand as the unit tends to want to come off the visor clip when pressing microphone stem to turn on the unit. I do find that sound quality varies from time to time but I have the same issues with my BlueAnt Z9 bluetooth earpiece.
