Customer Rating: Summary: Agree with others - sounds great but very poor design. Comment: Like the other people, mine broke in about the same place near the ear flap, but it still works with the broken place taped w/ electrical tape. Not sure how that happened, but I am sure it wasn't due to my abuse, as the only time I use them is at the grocery store to drown out screaming babies. They are useless exercising (e.g., walking/running) because they won't stay positioned due to the behind the head band not being adustable and the streaming skips if you are moving quickly - even on asphalt road. My hubby bought them for me as an Xmas gift nearly 2 yrs ago and it's a shame that he paid so much for them. Wish they were more thoughtfully designed. Customer Rating: Summary: Good sound, breaks easy Comment: I really, really love these headphones. They are easy to put on, the are comfortable to wear, but they break very easily. I had them only 5 months before they self destructed. I'm VERY careful with my stuff. I never put them in a back pack or did anything that was rough with them. They were on my head or on my desk.
Too bad the plastic near the joint broke. I'd not recommend these to anyone! Customer Rating: Summary: Great headphones until they break Comment: I have owned 2 sets of these. I thought the first set broke because I didn't protect them well enough when carrying them, but then the second set broke and I was very careful not to transport them. It seems just frequent use leads to the breakage of the flexible plastic around the wire connecting the ear pieces. Customer Rating: Summary: Worked well - but then they broke Comment: This would have been a 4-star review, except that they are now useles because the headband snapped.
Before that, the sound quality was excellent, the controls were fair, and the microphone was poor (but that's normal for headphones without an external microphone arm). Customer Rating: Summary: Great Headset! Comment: I was hesitant to buy these after reading all the bad reviews, but have loved them from the moment I put them on. Very comfortable and great sound from my Moto Q9c phone. No problem pairing with the phone. The only thing preventing a five star rating is the next/back control. It is easy to find but hard to move without holding the earpiece steady. I would buy these again and have recommended them to my friends and family. Great price on a very good piece of gear.
