It is not that bad when you buy more than one product online, have it delivered and only one minor problem occurs and is resolved rather quickly and with no hassle at all. It felt good and safe and I must say for some one as sceptical as I am, I am glad for such a good experience. I did make two more purchases after these, hopefully I receive the same customer service and there is no internal or external damage to my merchandise. Customer Rating: Summary: Here I Stand Comment: I think my cd has a defect,at the end of the last song(Here I Stand)there is a 2 minute continuance,but it is silent,then there is another song.I am not sure if this is purposeful & on all of the cds or if this is a defect.

My favorite track is the Love You Gently joint. I think it's true that once a great singer falls in love and there music before didn't route from acctual love it gets worst. I Trading Places is also a good joint. But the video for it sucked. I could have put together a better video. He had a few tracks featuring ppl but I think only the remix to love in this club wa the best one. You would be better off buying the few singles that are good than waisting your money on the whole cd. If you haven't bought an Usher album before, I don't think I would start with this one but once hooked - buy it
