I was debating between the small and medium but finally decided on the small. It fits perfectly...just the right length. I didn't find it to be too baggy, not did I feel the neckline plunged too low. The fabric is light and flowing and this dress will be perfect for my upcoming vacation. With the right accessories it can dressed up or dressed down. Love this dress and I am thinking of ordering in another color.
